A Piper all these years…..

June 1987 ....i think I could play 2 tunes on the pipe chanter ..just ..it certainly was a whirlwind year going from not knowing a note of music in February to slowly getting tunes under my belt within a year or two . Certainly I would say intensive training off Ken Rowley the band tutor to say the least . It was a tough uphill battle and I often thought at times ,would I ever make an acceptable piper . But I stuck to it with much parental encouragement.
